Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial on Growth or Scale?
Starter is free indefinitely and gives you a real forecast on your own connected accounts, not a time-boxed trial. Most teams run Starter for a week or two, then upgrade once the forecast is proving useful and they need more seats or scenarios.
How does billing work for Enterprise?
Enterprise is an annual contract, priced on connected entity count and seats. We'll size it with you on a call — most Enterprise agreements land between €18,000 and €65,000 per year.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle so you don't lose access mid-month.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?
Growth and Scale are 15% cheaper billed annually. Ask us when you're ready to start and we'll set it up.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your connections are removed and synced data is deleted from active systems within 30 days of cancellation, per our data retention policy. You can request a full export before you go.
