Terms of service

Last updated: February 1, 2026

1. Agreement to terms

These terms govern your use of the Dibein website and platform, operated by Dibein SAS. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you’re using Dibein on behalf of a company, you’re confirming you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. The service

Dibein provides cash flow forecasting, scenario modeling, anomaly detection, and a natural-language query interface, built on financial data you choose to connect. The service is provided on a subscription basis under the plans described on our pricing page, which forms part of these terms.

3. Accounts

You’re responsible for the accuracy of information provided when creating an account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at security@dibein.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Connected data and read-only access

When you connect a bank or accounting account, you authorize Dibein to read (and only read) transaction, balance, and ledger data from that source, for the purpose of providing the service. Dibein does not have, and will not seek, the ability to initiate payments or modify records in any connected system.

5. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, as selected at signup. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we don’t provide partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

— Use the service to store or process data you don’t have the right to share with us; — attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the service without a written agreement; — use the service in a way that violates applicable law, including financial services and data protection regulation; — attempt to circumvent the read-only nature of connected bank or accounting integrations.

7. Intellectual property

Dibein and its logos, the Solera-style product names (Cash Flow Copilot, Scenario Studio, Anomaly Radar, Ask Dibein), and the underlying software are the property of Dibein SAS. Your connected data and anything you create within the product (scenarios, saved views) remain yours; we claim no ownership over it.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal and financial data is described in the privacy policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free — forecasts and anomaly flags are decision-support tools, not a substitute for your own financial judgment or audit process. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dibein SAS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on a forecast, scenario, or anomaly alert. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, including a breach of the acceptable use section, with notice where practical. You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nanterre, France.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least 30 days before taking effect.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms: hello@dibein.com, or by post at Dibein SAS, 59 Rue de l'Epeule, 92500 Rueil-Malmaison, Île-de-France, France.
